Railhop sells trip planning and expert support services for European rail travel. We do not sell train tickets or rail passes on this website. Transport contracts are between you and the relevant operators or ticket sellers.
Dispute resolution
We are not obliged to participate in consumer arbitration board proceedings before a Verbraucherschlichtungsstelle, but we aim to resolve complaints directly via email.
